Apex Healthcare Limited (hereinafter referred to as AHL) is a fast-growing Healthcare Product Company that manufactures and exports API, Bulk Drugs and Formulations in and out of India. The Company believes in rewarding the community for its contribution to the growth of the Company in line with its commitment to philanthropy. At AHL we believe that “you are not successful if you have not given back to what you have got from”. Our CSR Policy is the reflection of our concept of “Sharing is Caring”. We have embedded the principles of Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam ("the world is one family") and सह नाववतु। सह नौ भुनक्तु। सहवीर्यं करवावहै। (‘May we all be protected, May we all be nourished, May we work together with great energy’) in our work culture. The CSR Policy of the Company aims to ensure that the Company as a socially responsible corporate entity contributes to the society at large in improving its Human Capital. The Directors of the Company have, in their personal capacity been involved in CSR activities since long and are famous in their respective societies.

Education is the process of facilitating learning or the acquisition of knowledge, skills, values, beliefs and habits. We believe in right to education for each and every child, particularly, the underprivileged. Being in business, we understand the importance of education and will continuously endeavour to facilitate education in the community. Also, health and sanitation are core areas of human life that affects the quality of life of individuals as well as their family as a whole. We also believe in women empowerment and gender equality. We want to contribute to this important aspect of the society through raising the status of women through education, awareness, literacy, and training. In furtherance of Indian culture of respecting and protecting cows, we regularly contribute to “Gaushalas”. With this objective, the Board of Directors of AHL had on 20 th Aug 2021, approved a Corporate Social Responsibility Policy.


Our approach to CSR is to build sustainable programs that actively contribute and support the unlimited growth of the community, with our core values of integrity, ownership, leadership, trust and continuous sharing.

The objective of the policy is to define our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) approach in alignment with Section 135 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with applicable rules as amended from time.

The guiding principles of this policy are to reach out to underprivileged and underserved communities to address fundamental challenges in our society, thereby generating opportunities of better livelihood and building a more inclusive society.



This policy covers proposed CSR activities to be undertaken by the Company and examining their alignments with schedule VII of the Companies Act, 2013 as amended from time to time. It covers the CSR activities which are being carried out in India only and includes strategy that defines plans for future CSR activities.

Subject to the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 the Company shall implement its CSR activities in various sectors which may include Education, Healthcare, Women Empowerment, Environment Protection, Animal Welfare and Go Green Initiatives etc. Notwithstanding the main focus areas, as mentioned above, the Company may also undertake CSR activities in other areas as contained in Schedule VII to the Companies Act, 2013 if so, recommended by the CSR Committee and approved by the Board of the Company.
